Friendly and fraternal relations between Turkey and Uzbekistan have acquired an enduring character under the leadership of the presidents of the two countries, Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
Chairman of the Grand National Assembly (Parliament) of Turkey Numan Kurtulmus said this at a meeting with the Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan Nuriddin Ismoilov.
The negotiations took place at the end of the graduation ceremony at the Bukhara State Medical Institute named after Abu Ali ibn Sina.
Kurtulmush noted that the Bukhara State Medical Institute is a bright symbol of friendship and brotherhood between Turkey and Uzbekistan.
The speaker emphasized that the two countries are implementing joint projects in almost all areas.
The meeting was attended by the chairman Interparliamentary Friendship Group Türkiye-Uzbekistan Osman Meston and Turkish Ambassador to Tashkent Ufuk Ulutash.
