“The Secretariat of the Organization of the Turkic states welcomes the return of the city of Lachin and villages Zabukh and SUS Azerbaijan as a continuation of the process of implementing a tripartite declaration of November 9-10, 2020.
The organization confirms its support and commitment to territorial integrity and sovereignty of fraternal Azerbaijan and expresses the willingness to contribute to efforts to post -conflict restoration, reconstruction and reintegration in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.
The organization also emphasizes diplomatic efforts and supports the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, which would serve the world and stability in the South Caucasus and the return of internally displaced persons to liberated territories, ”the statement said.
