The Ministry of National Defense of Turkey announced the neutralization of the five YPG militants (Syrian military wing of the RSC), which prepared the attack on the zone of the operation “The Euphrates Shield”.
“Five Red Army Terrorists/YPG, who were preparing an attack on the operation of the Euphrates Shield, were neutralized by special forces fighters. The fight against the PKK/YPG terrorist organization will continue until the last terrorist is neutralized,” the last terrorist said message of the Turkish department.
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan previously stated that since 1984, when the militants of the RSC for the first time carried out a terrorist attack in Turkey, thousands of employees of Turkish security forces, military and civilians died at the hands of this bloody organization.
The United States and the European Union introduced PKK to the lists of terrorist organizations. In recent years, PKK seeks to transfer responsibility for bloody crimes in the region to its branches.
In Syria, PKK terrorists are covered by the names Pyd and YPG, and in the last two years they call themselves “Syrian democratic forces.”
In Iran, PKK acts as “Party of Free Life of Kurdistan” (pjak
