The Ministry of National Defense of Turkey reported the salvation of migrants in the Open Sea. According to the ministry, illegal migrants in a boat thrown in the open sea units of the Greece coast guard were saved by the Turkish coast guard command.
According to the statement, on February 14, during an observation, with the help of an UAV belonging to the command of the Naval Forces, it was noted that the Greek units of the coast guard threw a boat with illegal migrants to the sea to the east of the island of Sakyz and west of Czech.
Having received an appropriate notice, the coast guard teams arrived in the disaster area and delivered illegal migrants ashore.
