Turkish company will open a pharmaceutical plant in Azerbaijan

Turkish Demiroren Holding reappears investments in Azerbaijan, report Turkish media.

This time the holding will open in our country a pharmaceutical plant, and an agreement on this issue has already been achieved.

The appropriate agreement was signed with the participation of the Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Mikayl Dzhabbarova, Chairman of the Board of Demiroren Holding Yyldryma Demirorena and Ambassador of Turkey in Baku Jahid Bagchi.

As Jabbarov noted, thus an important start of local production in the pharmaceutical market will be laid.

Head Demiroren Holding said that investing will be carried out in two stages. The first stage, according to him, is planned to be completed within three years. “Then we will proceed to the second stage. Holding will create 500 jobs,” said Demiroren.

The Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan also stressed the importance of investment. He noted that Azerbaijan and Turkey cooperate in all spheres.

According to Bagchi, the construction sector prevals so far in the economic relations of Turkey, but now investment is also invested in health care, tourism, industry and medicine.

It is noted that the final agreement on the construction of a pharmaceutical plant is planned to sign for three months. The foundation of the enterprise will be laid in the coming months.
