Turkish Defense Industry Will Supply Means To Protect Vehicles Of UN Missions

Radio frequency (RF) jammers of the Turkish defense company ASER Teknoloji will be used in armored vehicles involved in UN missions in Africa.

ASER Teknoloji, a company specializing in the production of satellite communications and radar systems, won the relevant tender for the supply of devices.

In a conversation with an Anadolu Agency correspondent, ASER Teknoloji CEO Ertan Murat said the company’s products include tactical electronic warfare systems effective against remotely controlled improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and drones.

According to him, its innovative and effective radio frequency jamming technologies are at the highest international level.

“We have been cooperating with the Turkish Armed Forces on projects to develop radio frequency jammers for more than 20 years. We have created new jamming technologies that meet the conditions and needs of a real combat situation,” – he said.

“Our developments make it possible to effectively and over a much wider range create interference across the entire spectrum, including 4.5G and 5G systems, drones and GNSS (global navigation satellite system) frequency bands,” added Ertan Murat.
