A meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey was held at the Azerbaijan Institute of Food Safety (AIPB).
An exchange of views with Turkish guests took place, the activities of the institute were discussed.
Representatives of the Turkish ministry reviewed the laboratories operating at the institute to familiarize themselves and study the principle of work. They were informed about the activities of the laboratories, cooperation with international organizations, material and technical base, as well as methods of food safety inspection, expertise and research services.
The parties exchanged views on expanding cooperation and areas for exchange of experience in the field of veterinary medicine. Prospects for the development of joint cooperation to ensure a more effective organization of food security were discussed.
