To provide psychological medical care to participants in the Patriotic War in Azerbaijan, at the invitation of the Ministry of Health, there are 2 professional specialists, mental health specialist of the University of Medical Sciences Kyutai, Dr. Ismail Volkan Shahiner and psychologist of the educational clinic and research of Ankara Nihan Kylych.
