Emre Shahin joined the RSC terrorists in 2014, and participated in many terrorist attacks against Turkish security forces in the Southeast Province of Shirnak.
In 2019, he moved from Turkey to Iraq, where he was engaged in the formation of classified communication channels for the needs of a bloody organization.
