Chairman of the Supreme Majlis of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Vasif Talybov adopted military attache of the Armed Forces of Turkey in Azerbaijan General Major Zakaria Yalchina.
During the meeting, Vasif Talybov congratulated the guest with appointment to a new position and noted the particularly successful relationship between Azerbaijan and Turkey in the military sphere. Speaking about the fair position of Turkey during the Second Karabakh war, the chairman of the Supreme Majlis stressed the fraternal relations of the two countries and expressed confidence in the continuation and development of cooperation.
Major General Zakaria Yalchin, in turn, thanked Talybov Vasif for a warm welcome and said that fraternal relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey will develop in all industries, including in the military sphere.
