Turkish President And Prime Minister Of Hungary Discussed Development Of Bilateral Relations

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban.

According to the statement of the Directorate of the Presidential Administration, during the conversation the parties discussed bilateral relations between Turkey and Hungary, as well as regional and global events.

President Erdogan noted that Ankara attaches great importance to the development of relations with Budapest in all areas and expressed confidence that bilateral cooperation between countries will continue to strengthen thanks to the meetings of the Council on Strategic Cooperation of the High Provisions and the Activities of the Joint Consulting Mechanism.

In addition, the Turkish leader congratulated Victor Orban on his birthday.
