Turkish special services neutralized in Syria one of leaders PKK/YPG

With the assistance of the National Intelligence Organization (Mi̇t) of Turkey in the Kamyshla region in Syria, Murat Atesh, one of the leaders of the YPG terrorist organization (Syrian wing of the RCC), is neutralized.

According to sources in security forces, in order to eliminate the terrorist under the code name “Renas Amed”, intelligence measures “on the ground” were held. The militant for a long time was under the close observation of a special group appointed Mi̇t.

The Atesh terrorist was neutralized by a point operation in the Syrian district of Kamyshly.

The militant joined the ranks of the RSC in 2014 while in Europe. In the period from 2014 to 2016, he carried out terrorist activities in areas such as Kandil, Avashin and Gara in Iraq, as well as in Syria.

Atesh was among the terrorists who control the illegal turnover of the organization’s money.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that since 1984, when the militants of the RSC for the first time had carried out a bloody crime in Turkey, and until March 2020, 7,500 security forces of Turkey and 6,800 civilians were killed at the hands of this bloody organization.

The United States and the European Union introduced PKK to the lists of terrorist organizations.

Despite Ankara’s attempts to find ways to settle the situation, the PKK terrorist organization has resumed armed attacks since July 2015.

In recent years, PKK seeks to shift responsibility for bloody crimes in the region to its branches.

In Syria, PKK terrorists are covered by the names Pyd and YPG, and in the last two years they call themselves “Syrian democratic forces.”

In Iran, PKK acts as “Party of Free Life of Kurdistan” (pjak).
