Based on the diplomatic request of the Turkish Republic, the First Deputy Minister of Health of Azerbaijan, temporarily acting Minister Teymur Musaev received the heads of the Turkish Health Institute (TÜSEB) and the Institute of Turkey Vaccines.
The press service of the Ministry of Health HaqQin.az reported that at the meeting, representatives of Turkey offered Azerbaijan to join the third stage of clinical trials of the Turkish inactivated vaccine from a new type coronavirus infection (COVID-19) TURKOVAC.
In turn, First Deputy Minister of Health Teymur Musaev noted that in the near future submitted documents on the third phase of clinical trials in TURKOVAC in Azerbaijan.
At the meeting, an exchange of views took place on the above issues, the theoretical and practical aspects of modern medicine were discussed.
