Turkish Vice President Jewdad Yilmaz, as part of his visit to the UK in London, met with Deputy Prime Minister Oliver Dauden.

Speaking after the meeting, Yilmaz noted: “We appreciated our trade and economic relations. As you know, after Brexit we have concluded an agreement on free trade (FTA). Now we want to continue this agreement, deepen it and expand its framework . In this sense, negotiations continue in a positive channel. We had the opportunity to evaluate political issues and regional problems. “

explaining that projects were discussed in many areas, from defense industry to energy, Yilmaz added that he would also meet with investors as part of his contacts in the UK.
