Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a telephone conversation with a colleague from Sri Lanka Ranil Vikrezinghe.
This was reported by the Office for the Relations of the Administration of the President of Turkey.
The issues of further development of bilateral ties against the background of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkey and Sri Lanka were discussed.
During the conversation, wounded Vikremesinghe congratulated Recep Tyip Erdogan on a re -election to the post of president of Turkey.
