Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, National Defense Minister Yaşar Güler and the head of the National Intelligence Organization (MİT) Ibrahim Kalin met in Ankara with their Syrian counterparts.
According to diplomatic sources, Fidan, Güler and Kalin met in Ankara with Syrian Foreign Minister Assad Hassan Al-Sheibani, Syrian Defense Minister Murhef Abu Kasra and head of Syrian intelligence Hussein Salameh.
The meeting discussed issues of cooperation between Turkey and Syria in the field of security, as well as current issues on the agenda.
