Türkiye conducted first tests of ULAQ unmanned boat with domestic engine

The new Turkish unmanned military boat ULAQ passed the first sea trials with a domestic development engine.

The Turkish defense company Meteksan, which developed the ULAQ boat, introduced its products at the exhibition of the Asia-Pacific region Lima Langkawi 2023 in Malaysia.

The ULAQ military boat was created for the needs of the Turkish Navy as part of an agreement with the Office of the defense industry under the administration of the President of Turkey.

The company first introduced the tests of the ULAQ boat at the defense exhibition in Malaysia.

The prototype of an unmanned military boat was created at the Antal Turkish defense shipyard in Turkish.

The boat is installed by the Turkish production engine Tümosan, which will allow you to gain high speed in shallow water.

The ULAQ also integrates the L-UMTAS laser missile system and the Yalman’s arms tower, equipped with a laser guidance of Ci̇ri̇t.
