April 22 in Baghdad signed a 4-sided memorandum of mutual understanding between Iraq, Turkey, Qatar and the UAE on cooperation within the framework of the development road.
Memorandum of mutual understanding, signed at the government palace in Baghdad, took place under the auspices of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Prime Minister Iraq Muhammad Shiya As-Sudani.
The signing ceremony was also attended by the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure of Turkey Abdulkadir Uralogl, the Minister of Transport Iraq, reservoir Muhaibis, the Minister of Transport and Communications of Kasim Bin Sef Eslets and the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the UAE Suheil Muhammad al-Mizroi.
