Türkiye will continue to maintain an commitment to active diplomacy and multilateral cooperation, as well as contribute to ensuring peace and stability in the space of the organization on security and cooperation in Europe (OSCE). This is stated in the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, widespread on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Helsinki final act of 1975.

The document determined approaches to ensuring security and stability in the OSCE space in the 21st century and became one of the key documents of the organization.
The statement emphasizes that Türkiye will continue to participate in the OSCE activity, based on the concept of integrated security. Ankara will continue to contribute to strengthening the effectiveness and functionality of the organization as an important factor in the world and stability in the vast geographical space.
