Two Cruise Ships With 1,853 Passengers On Board Arrived In Bodrum

The cruise ships “Marella Discovery 2” and “Emerald Azzurra” with 1,853 passengers on board arrived in the Bodrum district of Muğla province.

Vessels flying the flag of the Bahamas, making their last voyages to the area this season, moored at the pier of the Bodrum passenger terminal.

On board the “Marella Discovery 2” with a length of 264 meters, arriving from the port Santorini, there are 1,798 passengers, mostly British, and 723 crew. The ship’s next stop will be the port of Rhodes.

The other 110-meter-long ship, which arrived in Bodrum from the port of Rhodes, has 55 passengers, mostly Americans, and 76 crew members. After departure from Bodrum, the Emerald Azzurra will head to the port of Istakkoy (Kos).

Tourists who arrived in Bodrum as part of the tourism program, after clearing customs procedures, left the port to explore the city.

They walked along the beaches of Pashatarlasa and Kumbahce, as well as through the market, where they did some shopping. Some of them went on a city tour by taxi and tourist buses, visiting historical and tourist attractions.
