In previous matches, our chess players beat Algeria (4: 0), the Philippines (3: 1), Argentina (3: 1), then tied with Turkey (2: 2) and unexpectedly lost to Cuba (1.5: 2 ,5). After that, the Azerbaijani team alternately beat Slovakia (3: 1), Israel (3: 1), Kazakhstan (2.5: 1.5) and tied with the second team of India (2: 2).

The women’s team of Azerbaijan also scored 14 points and takes 6th place. Armenia also has 14 points. Our today’s rivals are located in the 7th position. Four leading teams have 15 points. This is Poland, India, Kazakhstan and Georgia.
