Two PKK terrorists are neutralized in East of Turkey

Employees of the Turkish police special forces eliminated two terrorists in the Erjish area of the Van province in the east of the country.

According to the Main Police Department, the operation took place in the vicinity of the village of Yanctepe in coordination with the intelligence department. Intelligence drones were used.

One of the terrorists Sevili Akyyldyrym, under the nickname “Hezar Ronya Serhat”, was listed in the list of wanted terrorists in Turkey with the color encoding “Blue”.

Successful operation was confirmed by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkey Suleiman Soil.

“By October 29, 2023, not a single terrorist will remain in the Turkish mountains. I congratulate the intelligence department and the Van police,” the minister wrote in social media.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that since 1984, when the militants of the RSC for the first time had carried out a bloody crime in Turkey, and until March 2020, 7,500 security forces of Turkey and 6,800 civilians were killed at the hands of this bloody organization.

The United States and the European Union introduced PKK to the lists of terrorist organizations.

Despite Ankara’s attempts to find ways to settle the situation, the PKK terrorist organization has resumed armed attacks since July 2015.

In recent years, PKK seeks to shift responsibility for bloody crimes in the region to its branches.

In Syria, PKK terrorists are covered by the names Pyd and YPG, and in the last two years they call themselves “Syrian democratic forces.”

In Iran, PKK acts as “Party of Free Life of Kurdistan” (pjak).
