UEFA begins proceedings on match “Marseille” – “Karabakh”

European Football Union (UEFA) opened a disciplinary case on the events that took place during the first match of the Round Play-Off League of conferences between the French “Marcel” and Azerbaijani “Karabakh” (3: 1).

“Marseille” is accused of the fact that the stadium had prohibited banners, fuel were lit, and the UEFA security rules were violated.

Recall that representatives of the Armenian diaspora Marseille came to the stadium with the flags of Armenia, which were noticeable during the television broadcasting of the match. Later it turned out that the Armenians managed to carry into the arena and provocative banners. They tried to deploy them, but they were prevented by the stewards at the Velodrome stadium.

After the match “Karabakh” and Affa filed a complaint about UEFA.
