The authorities of the Russian Federation are preparing to mobilize about 500 thousand people in January. It is expected that Moscow will announce the last wave of mobilization on January 15, said Vadim Skibitsky, representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
According to him, the Kremlin will need about two months to form groups.
At the same time, Skibitsky indicated that much would depend on the military assistance of Western partners to equip the backup units preparing Ukraine.
“If Russia loses this time, then Putin will crash,” he said.
