Ukraine and Poland concluded a memorandum to strengthen defense capability

“Poland will help Ukraine strengthen the defense capacity. Today, the appropriate memorandum with the Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Moravetsky was concluded today.” This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal.

The head of the Ukrainian government thanked Warsaw for comprehensive support, including weapons, and emphasized that Russia’s blocking Ukrainian seaports could lead to a world food crisis, and proposed creating “green corridors” on a common border for grain export.

Among the main issues of the meeting of Moravetsky and Shmygal was tightening sanctions against Russia and the confiscation of frozen Russian assets.
