On the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, a bill appeared on the recognition of the independence of the “Chechen Republic of Ichkeria.”
The initiators of the bill No. 7551 – Alexey Goncharenko and Musa Magomedov.
“Chry” proclaimed independence from Russia in 1991, Johar Dudaev was the first president. Until now, only the Taliban during the time of their previous reign Afghanistan (in 2000-2001) recognized it. For other countries, this is part of the territory of the Russian Federation.
