Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) Rustem Umerov announced the preparation of today’s meetings in Brussels with advisers on national security issues of European countries. Chief of the General Staff of Ukraine Andrey Gnatov will also take part in the consultations.
As Umerov said in his Telegram channel, the meetings will be held as part of constant coordination with partners and are aimed at ensuring further activity of the negotiation process.
The Ukrainian side plans to inform European colleagues about the data received after yesterday’s contacts of American representatives in Moscow, as well as discuss issues of the European component in the necessary architecture security.
After the Brussels consultations, Umerov and Gnatov will begin preparing a meeting with representatives of US President Donald Trump in the United States. The NSDC Secretary said that he expects a report on the results of today’s discussions in Europe.
