There is information that Ukraine plans to strike on the Crimean bridge on May 9. This was announced in an interview with Latvian radio by the representative of the National Armed Forces (NVS) of Latvia Captain Janis Slidins.
According to him, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Armed Forces) have such an opportunity and a successful operation could contribute to the moral rise of the country. “This probability should be maintained, since after the supply of Western countries, Ukraine has the opportunity to strike this strategically very important bridge,” he said.
Slidins noted that damage to the Crimean bridge would be a big blow for Russia, as it is used to supply reserves to the entire southern direction.
