Ukrainian units continue to keep the defense in Soledar of the Donetsk region of Ukraine and on the approaches to the city.
This was announced on the broadcast of the telemarathon by the speaker of the eastern group of troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Sergey Cherevaty.
According to him, 38 clashes occurred in the Bakhmut direction.
“The enemy directly fired at the Soledar 134 times,” Chervaty said.
Russia claims that Soledar was captured on January 13, Ukraine does not confirm this.
