One of the industrial facilities in Izhevsk, the administrative center of the Udmurt Republic (RF), was attacked by Ukrainian drones. This was announced by the head of the region Alexander Brechalov in his telegram – channel.
According to Brechalov, there are victims as a result of the incident.
“Foci of fires arose on the territory of the enterprise that are currently eliminated. Employees of the enterprise are evacuated. All emergency services work on the spot, medical care is provided to the victims,” follows the message of the head of the region.
The Russian Ministry of Defense, in turn, reported a massive attack of Ukrainian UAVs on the territory of the country on the night of July 1.
According to the agency, the means of duty air defense (air defense) of the Russian Federation destroyed and intercepted 60 Ukrainian drives of aircraft type.
As follows from the message, 17 drones were knocked over the territory of the annexed Crimea, 16 – over the Rostov region, 11 – over the water area of the Sea of Azov. In addition, five devices were destroyed in the Kursk region, four in the Saratov, in the Belgorod – two. One drone is intercepted in the Voronezh and Oryol regions. Three more aircraft were shot down over the Black Sea water area, the department reports.
The Governor of the Oryol Region Andrei Klychkov confirmed that the incident did not entail destruction or victims. According to him, employees of the Ministry of Emergencies and law enforcement agencies work on the spot.
