UN confirmed death of more than 5 thousand civilians because of war in Ukraine

The UN published on Monday new data on losses among the Ukrainian civilian population. It is only about confirmed cases, and the office of the UN Supreme Commissioner admits that their data is not complete.

Since February 24, 5237 civilians of Ukraine were killed as a result of hostilities, 7035 Ukrainian residents were injured. All of them suffered from shots, explosions, missile strikes, bombing. That is, their death and their wounds are a direct consequence of the war, writes the Air Force.

Most killed in Mariupol (Donetsk region), Raisins (Kharkov region), Lisichansk, Popasnaya and Severodonetsk (Lugansk region). The peak fell on March, then 3120 people were killed in Ukraine.
