UN Secretary-General Anthony Guterrish canceled a trip to the Democratic Republic of the Congo because of the worsening situation in the Donbas and returned to New York, said the official representative of the Secretary General Stefan Duzharrik.
Recall that earlier today, Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a document on the recognition of “Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republic” and concluded an agreement on friendship, cooperation and mutual assistance with the heads of self-proclaimed republics.
