Unique CT apparatus will appear in Customs Hospital

In the Central Customs Hospital, a meeting was held with the regional director of Philips on the CIS countries by Artem Padea and regional director of Philips on Azerbaijan and Georgia Nigar Zeynalova. The meeting was attended by the head of the Medical Service of the State Customs Committee, Jeyhun Mammadov, Deputy Chief Physician of the Central Customs Hospital, Bakhtiyar Musaev and Head of the Procurement Department and Supplies Rashad Farajev.

During the meeting, Philips representatives spoke in detail about the innovative technologies used by the company, as well as new equipment, including the devices of angiography, CT, MRI and ultrasound of a new type. They also shared their thoughts about future plans and prospects of the company in the CIS countries and Azerbaijan.

Head of the Medical Service of the State Customs Committee, Jeyhun Mamedov, said that at present, the Central Customs Hospital serves heavy coronavirus patients with the use of the highest-tech methods of treatment. He stressed that the hospital has all the necessary modern equipment for the provision of medical services at a high level. J. Mamedov also noted that the equipment and equipment of the hospital is constantly updated and mastered by medical personnel.

At the meeting, Philips representatives gave detailed information about the possibilities of the new computer tomography of Philips Incisive CT Pro 128, which will be purchased by the State Customs Committee for use in the Central Customs Hospital. At the end of the meeting, an agreement was reached on full-time and online trainings from Philips for radiologists and technicians of the hospital, with the aim of a clearer development of working methods on a new CT device.
