The United States condemned the attacks of the Yemeni movement “Ansarullah” (Khusitov) on the civil carriers of MV Magic Seas and MV Eternity C in the Red Sea. This is stated in the statement of the US State Department.
“The United States condemn the non -provoked attack of the Husita terrorists on the civilian cargo vessels MV Magic Seas and MV Eternity C in the Red Sea. As a result of the attack, three sailors were killed, and many were injured, and the ship MAGIC Seas and its load were completely destroyed,” the statement said. The State Department emphasized that these attacks testify to the “ongoing threat of freedom of shipping, as well as regional economic and marine safety”.
“We will continue to take the necessary measures to protect the freedom of shipping and commercial transportation from terrorist attacks from the Husites. These attacks should be convicted by all members of the international community,” the department noted.
Earlier, on July 7, the representative of the Husits Yahya Saria announced an attack on the Magic Seas vessel off the coast of Yemen using two sulfate boats, three drones and five ballistic missiles.
