The Antimonopoly Department of Greece ordered the ship to release the ship due to the lack of legal basis for its detention, but the court in Athens ruled that the cargo transported on the tanker may be confiscated. “Confiscation is carried out at the request of the American side, since the cargo belongs to the country that is under sanctions.
