Biden’s Decree states that increasing duties by 35% AD Valorem (in accordance with the price) for some other products from Russia, the import of which was not prohibited, “justified and meets US foreign policy.”
On the eve of the White House said that Washington will increase the duties by more than 570 categories of Russian goods by $ 2.3 billion. In addition, Washington will introduce visa restrictions against 500 Russian officials, blocking sanctions against private military companies operating in Ukraine, Russian defense industry corporations.
