The White House said that it would be quickly acted in relation to an agreement on rare minerals signed between the United States and Ukraine, and will bring it into effect as soon as possible.
Stephen Miller, adviser to US President Donald Trump on internal security issues, appreciated the agenda at a briefing organized by the White House spokesman Karolin Livitt.
Miller highly appreciated the steps taken by the Trump administration mainly in ensuring the security of the borders, and said that thanks to Trump signed by Trump, the American-Mexican border became safer.
Answering the question of his opinion regarding the agreement on rare minerals signed between the United States and Ukraine, Miller said that this agreement is a very important milestone and will make a great contribution to the prosperity of the United States:
“not only in this agreement on the extraction of minerals, but also in all agreements for the prey put forward by the president, we will move forward at full speed. As for this agreement with Ukraine, we will act as quickly as we can, and put it into effect”.
After long negotiations, the United States and Ukraine announced the signing of an agreement on economic partnership, including the use of rare earth elements.
The Agreement on Economic Partnership provides for the creation of the “US-Ukrainian Investment Fund for Reconstruction”.
The economic partnership agreement, signed between the two countries, will provide the United States access to the natural resources of Ukraine in exchange for military and financial support, which they still provided.
In his last statement regarding the agreement, US President Trump said that the economic partnership agreement signed between the United States and Ukraine will be a “security guarantee” for Kyiv and will be able to “restrain” Russia.
