In Antalya, where on May 15 an informal meeting of the heads of the Foreign Ministry of NATO countries began its work, a meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrei Sibigi with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
The Ukrainian minister wrote about this on the social network x.
During the meeting, ministers discussed further peaceful efforts and coordination of positions during this critical week.
“We discussed in detail the logic of further steps and shared approaches. I confirmed the firm and consistent commitment of Ukraine to the peaceful efforts of President Trump and thanked the United States for their participation,” Sibiga wrote.
According to him, Kyiv is ready to develop cooperation with the United States constructive and mutually beneficial.
“It is critically important that Russia reciprocates of the constructive steps of Ukraine does not happen yet. Moscow must understand that the rejection of the world has its own price,” the Ukrainian minister summed up.
