US mulling to put a “warning strike” in Russia

The Euro-Atlantic Community should be applied in Russia “Warning” in the form of a shutdown from SWIFT. With this statement on Youtube-channel Open Ukraine, the Deputy Assistant Minister of Defense of the United States in 2001 – 2005 Yang Brzezinsky, the son of one of the leaders of the American Foreign Policy Zbignev Brzezinsky, reports RIA Novosti.

“We can even now take certain economic measures. Let’s say, delay some payments for gas and oil. Or a few days to turn off Russia in terms of warning strike from SWIFT,” he said.

Need an integrated approach and response to consignment of Russia, Brzezinsky is sure.

Kiev and Western states have recently express concern about the alleged strengthening of “aggressive actions” by Russia at the borders of Ukraine. Moscow has repeatedly rejected these accusations, explaining that it does not threaten anyone and is not going to attack anyone, and statements about aggression are used as an excuse to place more NATO military equipment near Russian borders.

Earlier, Western media stated that the United States examines the possibility of introducing new sanctions against Russia, providing for its disconnection from SWIFT and the limitation of currency exchange. This information appeared on the eve of the negotiations of the Presidents of Russia and the United States Vladimir Putin and Joe Bayden. The head of Sberbank Herman Gref called rumors about limiting the ruble conversion due to the possible new sanctions of the United States “Nonbysey and Chushia Neview-10”.
