the State Department has appointed a new special representative in the South Caucasus, said US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
According to him, Luis Bono was appointed special representative of the United States in negotiations in the Caucasus.
“His efforts will contribute to the further development of our activities in the peaceful settlement of conflicts in the South Caucasus,” Blinken noted.
