US President Joe Biden confirmed the transfer of a new military aid package to Ukraine up to $ 175 million. This is stated in the service note published on the White House website.
It is noted that the allocated funds will go to defense equipment, as well as to training the military.
At the same time, the coordinator of public relations of the US National Security Council John Kirby during a briefing on Friday, July 22, announced a help packages for Ukraine in the amount of $ 270 million, CNN.
According to him, the United States will be transferred to Ukraine:
• 4 Himars;
• 36 thousand artillery shells;
• 3 thousand anti -tank systems;
• 580 unmanites Phoenix Ghost;
• Spare parts and other equipment.
Kirby said Biden would approve additional assistance packages in the coming weeks and months.
