The United States intends to announce on Friday, December 9, on the imposition of new sanctions against the Russian Federation and China. It is reported by The Wall Street Journal.
The report notes that the sanctions imposed on individuals provide for freezing assets within the US jurisdiction, a ban on their travels to the United States and on business relations with them.
According to the publication, the main part of the expected sanctions will be introduced in accordance with the so -called Magnitsky Law. Against China will be brought charges of illegal fishing in the Pacific Ocean.
