The USA and Turkmenistan continue to support strong bilateral relations, said in an interview with Trend Head of the Information and Culture Department of the US Embassy in Ashgabat Stephen Guis.
He noted that in 2021, the trade turnover between the United States and Turkmenistan increased compared to last year.
“Most of our cooperation was carried out throughout the pandemic,” said Gais.
According to him, some programs requiring, for example, travel, transit of goods or equipment, collided with delays.
“There are many famous companies from the United States who have durable and successful commercial relations with Turkmenistan. Among them are Boeing, Caterpillar, Coca-Cola, General Electric, John Deere, Visa and many others,” – added Guice.
The USA interacts with Turkmenistan and in the field of regional security and other fields.
In recent years, political consultations between the United States and Turkmenistan have gained the regular basis.
