In Moldova, military personnel of the National Army began exercises with the participation of the military from the USA and Romania. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the country.
It is reported that the exercises “Fiery Shchi-2022” are held on September 20 at the landfill in Bulboak. Their goal is “improving the skills of participating units and increasing the level of operational compatibility between the armies of the partner countries”.
The department marched that this is necessary to participate in multinational peacekeeping missions.
The exercises of the Fire Shield are included in the plan for the preparation of the National Army for 2022. They have been carried out annually since 2015.
