The Deputy Assistant of the US President for National Security, John Fayner, commented on the situation with the export of Ukrainian grain. Her words are given by TASS.
Feiner called the removal of grain from Ukraine through the port of Odessa in the optimal way to solve the problem. According to her, such export would allow transporting grain in full and quantity by the Black Sea.
“The problem is that Russia uses its fleet to block this port and not allow Ukraine to deliver grain to the world market,” the representative of the White House emphasized.
The official added that Ukrainian grain can also be taken out through Belarus.
