Uzbekistan: 16th summit of organization of economic cooperation starts

In Tashkent, a large -scale international event starts – the 16th summit of the organization of economic cooperation (SEC). This was announced by the press secretary of the President of Uzbekistan Sherzod Assadov.

The Summit will be attended by President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Turkish Presidents Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Iran Ibrahim Raisi, Kyrgyz Sadyr Zhaparov, Tajikistan Emomali Rakhmon, Turkmenistan Serdar Berdymukhamedov, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Alikh N Smailov, head of the Provisional Government of Pakistan Anvar Ul-hack Kakar and general secretary of the OES Husrav Noziri.

On Wednesday, November 8, delegations will begin to arrive in Tashkent. The President of Uzbekistan plans to hold bilateral meetings on Wednesday with the presidents of Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, the head of the Provisional Government of Pakistan and the Secretary General of the OES, Assadov noted.

On Thursday, November 9, a higher level will be held. His fields provide for a number of bilateral meetings, said spokesman for the President of Uzbekistan.
