Venezuela canceled all restrictions on Covid-19 at international flights

Deputy Minister of Aviation Transport of Venezuela Freddie Borges announced the cancellation of all restrictions on international flights adopted in connection with the pandemia Covid-19. He stated this on the air of the state television channel Venezolana de Televisión.

Borges noted that this decision was made after the General Director of the World Health Organization Tedros Adan Goebreesus announced the completion of the emergency regime of Covid-19 in the world.

“We turned the pandemic page,” he said.

BORCHES recalled that earlier passengers required a “certificate of full cycle of vaccinees from Covid-19 or a negative result of the tests made 48 hours before departure.” Borges also added that “international passenger air transportation has seriously affected the pandemic and in Venezuela to date, it was possible to restore only 40 percent.”
