Viddi Muradov died, but court continues

The trial continues in the case of the former chairman of the Board of OJSC “Azercha” Viddi Muradov, who died, being under house arrest.

During the trial, testimony gave the acting director of Azer-Ilme LLC Hagani Talybov, who, before appointing this position, worked at the tea bag:

The prosecutor asked the formation of a witness, as well as the reason why Viddi Muradov appointed him director, not his own son. To which Talybov reported that he had no higher education, and that he still performs the duties of the director.

Yashar Alekperov, executive director of one of the private companies, speaking at the court as a witness, said that his company was repaired by Vidda Muradov’s apartment on Heydar Aliyev Street, which was spent more than 800 thousand manat:

“In 2018, we made a proposal to conduct construction work at OJSC Agerhalch. On this occasion, the tender was not conducted, and I signed a contract. The public prosecutor stated that there is contradictions between the testimony of the witness as a result of and in court:

To which Yashar Alekperov repeated that all his testimony, data during the investigation, absolutely true.

When the state prosecutor asked the witness to comment on his statement on the investigation that Viddi Muradov gave illegal orders, Alekperov said that all repair work was performed honestly, and there was no section of money with Viddi Muradov.

Chief Accountant of OJSC Azerhalch Fuad Emin also confirmed all his testimony:

“I was not interested in sales questions. I received ready-made documents, made them and listed money.”
