A meeting has begun in the Kremlin between Russian President Vladimir Putin and the special envoy of the American leader Steve Witkoff, who arrived in Moscow on Tuesday, December 2.
The negotiations are also attended by Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, Russian Presidential Assistant Yuri Ushakov and CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund Kirill Dmitriev.
According to the Kremlin, the meeting plans to discuss the version of the American “peaceful” plan”, which was developed following discussions between Ukraine and the United States.
