The delegation of the Federal Assembly of Russia, led by State Duma chairman Vyacheslav Volodin on Monday, September 26, visited the Honorary Burial Alley and honored the memory of the national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev, laid flowers to his grave, Azertaj reports.
The delegation also honored the memory of academician Zarifi Aliyeva, laid flowers to her grave.
Then the Russian delegation visited the Shekhids alley and laid a wreath to the Monument “Eternal Flame”. The guests were presented with information about the history of the Shehid alley.
